Hi there! I’m stopping in today with some dinner inspiration for you.
Fun fact: one of my least favorite activities is staring into an open fridge at dinnertime wondering what to make.
To reduce the chances of finding myself in such a predicament, every weekend we plan out our meals for the upcoming week, write a grocery list based off the meals we plan to make (and whatever else I may need for recipe testing throughout the week), then stick the dinner list to the fridge as our gameplan for the week ahead.
Doing so helps reduce food waste, since we are only buying things we know we plan to use, and takes the stress out of figuring out what’s for dinner on any given night of the week.
So, to hopefully help make YOUR life a little easier this week, I’m leaving you with twelve recipes that get added to our weekly meal plan again and again.
All 12 of these recipes are on repeat in my kitchen every month because they are quick, easy, filling, and best of all, loaded with veggies!
Enjoy!

8. Curried Butternut Squash Soup with Garlic Pita Croutons
