It’s strawberry season!!
Let’s grab some ripe, juicy summer strawberries, blend them up with lemons, water, and honey, pour them over ice, and GET REFRESHED.
This 5-ingredient lemonade is a pretty pink color, perfectly balanced between tart and sweet, and doesn’t require you to squeeze a single lemon by hand, since the blender is going to take care of everything.
To make this super simple, real-ingredient homemade lemonade we’re first going to assemble our ingredients:
Strawberries. Just cut off the tops and pop them straight into the blender! Feed said tops to your strawberry-loving doggo, if you have one.
Honey. Start with 1/4 cup and add more, as needed, to make it perfectly sweet for your tastebuds. Or, if you want a vegan version, maple syrup or agave works perfectly here!
Lemons. Because we’re making lemonade, baby. To save ourselves from zesting and juicing alllll the lemons, instead we are just going to quarter each one, pop them into the blender, and let it take care of extracting all that tart lemon flavor for us.
Water + Ice. To help chill + dilute all that potent lemon action.
Seriously, that’s it! Blend, strain, pour over ice, and ENJOY!
I hope you LOVE this lemonade- it’s super simple to make, seriously SO refreshing on a hot summer day, and, um, totally great with a splash of vodka or gin if you’re in the market for a little cocktail action in your life.

5 Ingredient Strawberry Honey Lemonade
Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 8-10 large strawberries
- 4 lemons
- 1/4 cup honey (+ more, to taste)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the strawberries, and cut each lemon into 4 pieces.
- Add the strawberries, lemon pieces, honey, and water to a blender and blend on high until no large chunks remain (about 30 seconds).
- Place a large mesh strainer over a bowl or pitcher, and strain the blended mixture through, pressing/stirring with a spoon to get as much liquid out as possible.
- Taste and stir in more honey, if needed, to reach your desired sweetness level.
- Fill a pitcher (or 4 glasses) with the ice, then pour the strained lemonade mixture over top. Garnish with extra lemon and strawberry slices, if desired.
NOTES: this recipe can be made with any berry you love in place of the strawberries! I’d start with 1 cup of smaller berries and add more for a stronger flavor, if needed.
MAKE IT VEGAN: use maple syrup or agave in place of the honey
