We made it to 2019! I can’t believe it’s already January 1st.
Do you do resolutions in your family? We never did growing up, and I never found myself wanting to make resolutions as an adult. While I think reflection and goal-setting can be so helpful in creating healthy habits and living more mindfully, I never really feel compelled to do so on January first.
Maybe it’s because I’m stubborn and don’t like to do things just because everyone else is doing it, or maybe it’s because I’m just coming down from the rush of the holidays (which includes my birthday, too!), and feel more like wrapping myself in a blanket and sipping on hot chocolate until spring than cleaning the dust out of my proverbial closets, but either way, my general mood these days is just: keep on keepin’ on.
But, regardless of the date, we all still need to eat, right? Thus, I’m leaving you with a list of 31 healthy recipes (one for each day of the month!) to help make your January extra delicious AND nutritious. Because the two should never be mutually exclusive. I hope you love them!
