It’s HERE!
After months of planning, weeks of recipe testing, feeding thanksgiving leftovers to friends in August, and a week straight of brand new recipes on the blog, we’ve finally made it to Thanksgiving.
Today I’m sharing links to some of my favorite starters, salads, sides, meatless main courses, and desserts. All of them are healthier twists on the classic that don’t compromise AT ALL in flavor. I’m so excited to share my healthy Thanksgiving menu with you! I’ve labelled recipes with a V for vegan and GF for gluten-free, just to make it easier to navigate for those of you with allergies, etc.
And, while I’m linking lots of recipe options here, don’t get overwhelmed with trying to make 20 dishes…keep it simple! I like to pick 1 starter, 1 salad, 1 main, 5-6 sides, and 3-4 desserts, and make sure to outsource some of the work to family and friends so you aren’t doing it all yourself!
Whether you’re making the entire feast yourself, or just bringing a single dish with you to a family gathering, I hope your Thanksgiving is full of good food and lots of love.
Almost all of the recipes below can be made or prepped in advance, so get started today to keep your Thanksgiving day as simple and stress-free as possible.
