Hey! We made it to Sunday…and another Things I’m Loving Lately post!
Can you believe June is almost over? It doesn’t seem possible that the 4th of July is only a little over a week away.
The past two weekends I’ve been picking strawberries with my family, celebrating Father’s Day, and generally driving all around the state to accomplish said tasks. We have 40 pounds of Warner Farm strawberries in our chest freezer and probably another 10 pounds in our stomachs, so I’d say summer is off to a great start.
Do you live somewhere near a U-Pick farm? If so, you HAVE TO get out and pick some strawberries before the season ends. I’m telling you, it’s one of the greatest joys in life.
This Week’s Favorites Are:
Tom’s new Cinderella-themed shoe collection!!
Alternative Apparel is having their 30% off Summer Sale right now and I’m stocking up on my favorite organic cotton tees, dresses, and bras!
Also loving their vintage National Parks collection right now!!
WATERMELON JUICE. I’ve been drinking it nonstop and it’s the most refreshing drink, ever. Just blend watermelon with a squeeze of lime, then strain it through a fine mesh strainer + enjoy!
My new Ninja Chef Blender. I used a Vitamix for 7+ years and this blender (that’s less than half the price of a Vitamix) is totally comparable! I’m loving it.
These pink ceramic water/wine tumblers. They’re so easy to hold and absolutely beautiful! I love this sister-run Etsy shop!
This old classic: Peanut Butter Balls. We made a batch to snack on while strawberry picking yesterday and I was reminded of why I love them so much. #peanutbutterballsforpresident
Still obsessing over these GRILLABLE Veggie Burgers. Add them to your menu for the 4th?
Also: this Petite Tabletop Grill is just perfect for the two of us! Those of you in small spaces, this little guy is the answer to your grilling needs. It uses the tiny little propane tanks, too, so it’s easy to transport! Perfect for camping or apartment-balcony grilling.
I’m wearing this necklace everywhere lately- and get asked about it constantly! It’s nothing fancy- just simple and can totally be dressed up/down.
Just pulled out my ice cream maker from it’s long winter rest- I’ve had this one for years and can’t wait to start churning out homemade ice cream again!
That’s it! I’m starting a new posting schedule for the summer, so I’ll be back tomorrow with a recipe for you!
XO,
Chelsea
