Today I’m sharing 31 recipes- one for each day of the month- to make the most of this holiday month. Below you’ll find recipes celebrating winter produce like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, kale, and winter squash, as well as plenty of warm, cozy, filling meals made with pantry staples to help keep you full + nourished all month long!

Had I realized that Saturday was December 1, I would have shared this post then instead of today. But, see, I was living in a world where it was still November and I had nothing but time on my hands. 

We even decorated our Christmas tree over the weekend, remarking at how incredible it was the we were decorating it so very early this year. Before December, we claimed.
